CMS Final MACRA Rule

Understand the final MACRA rule and how it will impact your organization.

This topic will present a summary of MACRA's background, the policy objectives, and the requirements expressed in the final rule. It will examine the changes to the existing Medicare reimbursement programs and provider practice decision-making surrounding Merit-Based Payment Incentive System (MIPS) or Alternative Payment Models (APM) participation and consider the implications, opportunities, and challenges related to implementation of the final rule. The material will also address the future of these reimbursement changes given the current political climate.
